Meet Me @ the Altar Will Kick Off 2024 With 'Say It to My Face' North American Tour

Meet Me @ the Altar live on the road. Earlier this year, the three-piece band completed a headlining North American tour in support of their debut album Past // Present // Future. Then, Edith Victoria, Téa Campbell, and Ada Juarez packed up and headed out to win over audiences of thousands on tour with 5 Seconds of Summer. In January, the pop rock trio will step into the spotlight once again on the 23-date Say It to My Face tour.

The North American tour will begin on Jan. 19 in Orlando and is scheduled to conclude on Feb. 21 in Nashville. Meet Me @ the Altar will make stops in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Toronto, Denver, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, and more.

General sale for the Say It to My Face tour will begin on Friday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. local time via the official Meet Me @ the Alter website.

From the beginning, the trio has been set on taking up the space they deserve as a band of Black and Latina women — not necessarily the demographic their genre has historically championed.

“We would have to play with the local bands, but they’re all white dudes who didn’t really want us there. They were never explicit about it, but you can just tell. So it isn’t fun. But at the same time, we had to go through it for it to pay off the way that it did,” Campbell told Rolling Stone in 2021 when their first shows back from the pandemic were still up in the air. Johnson added: “When shows come back, venues need to book diverse bands. Pay attention to your scene — and make sure your show lineup is not just all white, straight cis men.”
